Show I Local M-rs. Almon Harmer, formerly of this city, is convalescing at her home in Payson from a recent appendicitis operation performed at a Payson hospital. To raise funds to aid injured athletes who receive their injuries in interscholastic contests, the high school student body is sponsoring spon-soring ,a "stag party" in the form of an informal dance, Friday night at the auditorium. ' library. Clay Aired was the principal speaker at a meeting of the American Amer-ican Legion Wednesday night. Plans of landscaping the Memorial Memor-ial hall grounds were discussed as well as the big Legion carnival scheduled to be held March 17. Visitors from the Spanish Fork post furnished the program. |
