Show ART EXHIBIT DRAWS r MANY VISITORS The Spring-viUe 'hig-h school Hit show continues the center of interest for art lovers of the state and according' to the official of-ficial register has since its opening, open-ing, attracted visitors from every part of the United States. According to registrations, and there are many daily who do not register, 13 states including Colorado. Nevada, New Jersey, New York, California, Idaho, Massachusetts Oregon, Texas. Florida, Michigan, Washington, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C. have been represented by visitors visit-ors to the gallery thus far this year. Registrations are also noted not-ed from France, Holland, England Eng-land and Canda; Several thousand people are estimated to have viewed the pictures pic-tures and this number will be increased considerably during the remainder 6f the art month. Sunday Sun-day was an especially large day considering the number who visited the art gallery. Throughout Through-out the day from early in the forenoon until late evening an almost continual lin? of visitors f lied through the halls ' and galleries. ' Among the state's outstanding artists, who have visited the gallery at least once and some several times, are Henri Moser, B. F. Larson, J. H. Stansfield, Oluf Moller and Florence Ware. Several large events are planned plan-ned within th next few days, which will increase the attendance attend-ance of visitors considerably. Among- these are the Utah-Juab county high school music meet Friday and Saturday, and the state Kiwanis banquet Thursday evening. In addition to these, several groups have made reservations and requests are yet being made for reservations to visit the show before it closes the latter part of the month. |
