OCR Text	Show STATE LEVY IS REDUCED SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 2 (II.R) The State Tax commission today to-day set the state's property tax levy for al purposes at 5.5 mills, the lowest rate since before the World war. The rate last year was 5.63 mills. The levy has been declining si'nee 1934 when a high of 10 mills was reached.
