Show mmm of utah j POVtfER REVEALED WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 The federal power commission said today to-day a newly completed national power survey showed the output of all types of plants in Utah totaled to-taled 309,835,000 kilowat hours in 1935. compared with 212,225,000 in 1920. The number of power plants increased in-creased from 43 to 60. The generator gener-ator capacity of all plants increased in-creased to a high of 141, 5G2 kilowatts kilo-watts in 1933 and then dropped to 135,968 in 1935. The output also fluctuated, hitting hit-ting a high of 402,017,000 in 1929. The low point since 1929 was struck in 1934, when output was 206,706,000. Low point of the, 15-year 15-year period was in 1921, when the output was only 119,574,000 kilowatt kilo-watt hours. |
