Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah, office of State Engineer, Salt Lake City. Notice is hereby given t'hat Eddington Canning company, Springville, Utah, has made application, appli-cation, in accordance with the laws of Utah, to appropriate 0.55 sec. ft. of underground water in Utah County, Utah. Said water will be diverted from a 4-in. flowing well, 160 ft. deep, located at a point S. 12.17 chs. and W. 46.57 chs. from the E',4 cor of Sec. 4. T. 8 S., R 3 E., SLM. The well discharges into a steel tank and thence to a 3-in. centrifugal centri-fugal pump, designed to increase the flow and the pressure; it is conveyed thence by pipeline to applicant's canning factory where it is used from May 1 to October 31, inclusive, of each year for general canning purposes. Part of the water is also conveyed by pipeline to one residence where it is used during each entire year for domestic purposes. Any of said water which is not consumed by said uses will be released into the Dry Creek ditch, at a point which bears N. 59 deg., 22 min. W. 280 ft., from the well hereinbefore here-inbefore descrifc'ed. This application is designated in the office of the state engineer as No. 11830. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said Application, with reasons rea-sons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humphreys, state engineer, Capitol Capi-tol building, Salt Lake City, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee within 30 days after the date of last publication. T. H.
