Show NEBO TEACHERS ' PLAN PROGRAM Institute To Precede School Opening Friday; Barnett Takes Charge. SPANISH FORK Teachers of the Nebo School district will hold an institute Friday, Sept. 6 at the gymnasium - auditorium building commencing at 9:30 a. m. with the following program': general session at 9:30 a. m.; recreational recreation-al singing, directed by F. J. Faux; invocation, Glen A. Rowe; vocal solo, Mrs. Grace Krueger; A Word of Welcome, President J. E. Bird; address, "Democracy in Education," Ed-ucation," Dr. Osman R. Hull, University Uni-versity of Southern California. Department sessions: Primary grades, Miss Eleanor Matley, primary pri-mary supervisor; demonstration in activity work, Mrs. Flora Fisher and Mrs. May Hammond, of the B. Y. U. training school. Grades 5-12, under the direction of Superintendent Owen L. Barnett; Bar-nett; "Free Reading Program," Wallace W. Brockbank; general discussion and questions following "Survey of the Typical Difficulties of Teachers," Ernest E. Knudsen; general discussion and questions. General session, 1:15 p. m. Community Com-munity recreational singing, F. J. Faux, directing; instrumental selection, sel-ection, Delmar Dickson.
