OCR Text	Show Montrose Defeats Municipal Power MONTROSR, Colo., April 25 Climaxing a hard-fought six weeks' campaign, voters of Montrose Mont-rose Tuesday defeated at a special election, a proposed city charter amendment to permit construction construc-tion of a municipal power plant. The vote was 1230 against, 9U9 for the amendment, largest vote ever recorded in a Montrose election.
