Show KIWANIANS TO MEET WITH PROVO CLUB The Springville Kiwanians will join with the Provo club at an interclub meet, Thursday at 12:15 p. m. in Provo, with the host club furnishing the program: Herald Her-ald Clark of the Brigham Young university faculty, is scheduled to speak on, "Art." The local club meeting last Thursday at which Joseph W. Ol-sen, Ol-sen, acted as toastmaster, featured fea-tured a visit to the high school art gallery where the pictures were explained by J. F. Wingate. During the lunchefn at Memorial hall, preceding the art visit, Mrs. F. C. Parkard entertained with two vocal solos, accompanied at the piano by Mrs. Maurice Bird. Plans are underway by local Kiwanis club members for the big Kiwanis art luncheon to which all members in the state are invited in-vited to be held here, next Thursday, Thurs-day, April 20. E. A. Strong will act as toastmaster during the evening and under his birecTTbn an excellent program will be given. -I |
