Show MANY ATTEND SERVICES FOR MRS, IIOLLEY A groat throng of sorrowing relatives rel-atives and friends paid Tinal tribute to Mrs. W'ilda Perry Hot ley, wife of John I. Hoi ley. at impressive funeral services held in the Maple-ton Maple-ton ward chapel Wednesday afler-noon. afler-noon. Mrs. Holley died Sunday morning in a Spanish Fork hospital following follow-ing an operation. ; The services were in chirrge of Bishop Frank Jensen of the Maple-ton Maple-ton ward. The invocation was by U E. Harmer and the speakers were H. L. Mendenhall, L. A. Nielson, K. S. Bird and Mrs. Julia Packard. Music was furnished by . the Maploton male chorus, the Peerless quart ot and Mrs. Surah Ramsey and Mrs. Emma Fgilson. The benediction was by Oscar Whiting. Whit-ing. The dedicatory prayer at the Evergreen cemetery was by William Wil-liam I. Hulley. A profusion -of floral .offerings bore testimony of, the high esteem held for Mrs. Holley and the family. She was born in Maploton, Nov. 13, lS9u, a daughter of Hyrurn D. and Lue'.la Roundy Perry. She had always lived in Maplelon. She was a devout and active L. D. S. Launch member, and had served on the Kolob stake Primary board for a number of years. She was prominent pro-minent In other church activities. The Holleys were married Feb. 14, 191-1 in the Salt Lake temple. In addition to her 'nusband and parents, she leave five sons and daughters: John P., Crace, Max Wanda and Ruth Holley, all of Maploton. One sister, Mrs. Reva Curtis of Nephi, also survives. |
