Show PREPARATIONS ARE UNDERWAY FOR 'NEBO DAY' Apiil 17 has been designated by Nebo school district as "Nebo Day," to be held at Payson. Contest events of the forenoon, while athletic ath-letic contests will be afternoon features. fea-tures. The junior high school girls choruses will sing for their competitive com-petitive selections: "Bluebird of My Heart" and "The World is Waiting for the Sunrise." The Springville chorus is composed of 75 junior high school" girls. The band selections will be "Determination" "De-termination" by Hayes and one selected number. The .declumation contest will be a' humorous reading from 7 to 10 minutes in length. Twelve students from . the speech department are competing for the privilege , of representing Springville high school in the event. Tryouts will be held at the school Monday. An interesting feature of the afternoon program will be the posture parade in which 32 girls from the senior high school and a like number from the junior high school will participate. Tryouts for this event have already been held and from 80 contestants in the senior high school the following were selected: Standard bearer, Estelle Gore; Tess Packard, Harriett Har-riett Brinton, Mozell Houtz, Dorothy Dor-othy Seaiie, Ardith Madsen, Josephine Joseph-ine McKenzie, Hazel.
