Show MRS. GOGARTY LAID AT REST Many friends and rela lives assembled as-sembled Sunday to pay final tributes of respect to Mrs. Janst Gogarty, well known resident of Springville, who died at a Provo hospital Thursday following a major ma-jor operation. Services were held in the First ward chapel with Ei-.rl Sumsion of the Second ward bishopric bish-opric in charge. The speakers were Frank Cell-ventrd. Cell-ventrd. William Wainwright and the Rev. Harold L. Wilson of Springville Community church. Music numbers were furnished by Mrs. Isabel! B. Brown and Glenn Holley who sang as the opening selection, "Whispering Hope"; Mrs. Brown sang, "Resignation," and Miss Catherine R. Dougall rendered ren-dered "Sometime We'll Understand" Under-stand" and "A Perfect Day." Sr-lvoy Boyer offered the invocation invoca-tion and John H. WarJsvvorth the benediction. The Eastern Star ladies conducted conduct-ed graveside service- Rev. Mr. Wilson read the committal. Bishop Bish-op R. L. Mendenhall dedicated the i,' rave. Interment was in the Evergreen Ever-green cemetery. The Pythian Sisters and Rebek-ahs Rebek-ahs of which Mrs. Gogaity was a member attended in a body and wei e in charge of the many beautiful beau-tiful floral offerings. |
