Corner Stone of Monument To Be Laid Monday Members of the Springville camp, Daughters of the Pioneers, Pio-neers, will conduct appropriate appro-priate ceremonies Monday - morning, April 18, at 8:30, o'clock, when the corner stone of the Pioneer Mother's monument will be laid in the city park, according to announcement an-nouncement of Seymour L. , Mendenhall, chairman of the monument committee. The base of the monument is being constructed preparatory prepara-tory to the erection of what is said to be one of the most unique monuments in. America, Ameri-ca, which the committee hopes to have in . place and ready to unveil July 24 this year. A cordial invitation is extended ex-tended to the public to join in these exercises which mark the beginning of a structure that will go far in establish-' establish-' ing Springville as a city of : high ideals, and the art ccn- P ter of the intcrinountain weyt. j . i |
