Show DEPUTIES GRAB WHISKEY STILL Sheriff DurnelFs Squad Captures Cap-tures 150-Gallon Still East of Alpine. V ' : had not been in operation very long. The officers captured 32 gallons of whiskey, 400 gallons of mash, 20 fifty gallon barrels, 11 ten gallon kegs, 300 feet of garden hose and a mash pump. The entire operation was done by machine and the liquid went through a double coil, the officers stated. The still was equipped with a settling tank. The still was cleverly concealed in an old prospect hole and was lisguioed with some old rugs and .vas behind a bunch of scrub oak. The men are in custody of the sheriff at Ihe present time in the county jail. I William Wilson, 55. and Sam Cababi. 23, were today given until Tuesday morning !o make a plea on charges of possession as a result of the capture of a lnO-gallon still Sundav morning by the county clipriff's fnrc "The still io t he most complete and up-to-dM te ever c;ipltued in hr rounty."
