Show RESOLUTIONS OF RESPECT , AREADOPTED County Officials and Employes Em-ployes Extend Sympathies to Matley Family. , Resolutions of respect to Mrs. Fred Matley and family were adopted at a meeting ';o county officials of-ficials and employes Saturday afternoon. after-noon. The resolutions were read at the funeral of Mr. Matley, county commissioner of Utah county who died fallowing a long illness Friday night. The services were held in the Spanish Fork pavilion Monday afternoon. af-ternoon. . The resolutions were as fallows: Whereas: Our Heavenly Father, I In his overruling power has called ' from us Frtnl aMtley, we. the of ficers of Utah county, in this, your hours of sorrow, extend upto you our heartfelt sympathy and condolence con-dolence and pray that the spirit of our Heavenly Father may console and heal your wounded hearts. We, through our association have learned to love and respect him and we feel that vacant place. We know that a master spirit has.:boen called to that life beyond, to which we all look with the eye of faith, believing believ-ing that at some future time we may again met our friends and loved ones. , Fred Matley was ever a staunch loyal citizen and was on all occasions oc-casions in the fore-front in the performance per-formance of duty to the public. His life has been an inspiration and in his passing, the public is the great floser with his family. . It is hereby resolved: That these resolutions be handed to the wife and family of the deceased and that a copy be spread uion the minutes of the county records, and also giveu to the press for publication.
