Show MATILDA HOUTZ LAID AT REST IN SALT LAKE Funeral services for Mrs. Matilda Etreeper Houtz 70, a former resident resi-dent of Spjringville who died Saturday Sat-urday at the home of her daughter Mrs. D. D. Eovpv. 1229 East Fifh South Street, Salt Lake City, were held Tuesday at the Eoyer home. Mrs Houtz was born in St. Louis, Mo., September 21, 1848. She was the widow of the late Jacob Houtz, I Jr. She made her home in Springville Spring-ville for about twenty-years, recently re-cently moving to Salt Lake to be wii h her daughter. She is 'survived by two sons, Jacob A. Houtz, Indianolo, Utah, James S. Houtz, Reno Nev., one daughter, Mrs. D. D. Boyer. A brother, William Steeper of Cen-terville Cen-terville also survives. |
