Show PNEUMONIA FATAL TO BOY Charles Jerrold Everett of Springville Dies After Short Illness. Charles Jerrold Everett, 17-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Everett of Springville, died at the family home, 130 East Second South street, on last Sunday morning. Death was due to pneumonia. pneu-monia. He is survived by his parents, three brothers and one sister,, Jesse, Blake, Neal and Melba Everett, all of Springville. He was a sophomore sopho-more in the Springville high school where he had many friends among his classmates. Impressive funeral services were held at tbe Third ward chapel Tuesday Tues-day afternoon, August 5, with George L. McKenzie of the ward bishopric in charge. Elmo Coffmnn gave a solo and tbe opening prayer was offered by John S. lioyer Sr., after which the male chorus of the Springville high school of which Mr. Everett was a , member before his death, gave a I selection. Bishop W. K. Johnson, Jr., eulogized the life of the young 1 man and told of his faithful service i in the church as a wrard member. Principal R. L. Done and Prof. G. I L. Barron of the Springville high i school told of his happy, congenial j disposition and of bis wonderful student qualities, liishop G. R. Maycock spoke of the beautiful life as he knew him and offered words of comfort and consolation to the ' bereaved family. j The Jameson sisters of Spanish Fork rendered a vocal duet.
