So declared Hoy I'assey, scout, commissioner of l'rovo, l'ro-vo, in a talk to the patr.ons and scouts of the Springville First ward last Saturday evening. While Ihe Buflalos in their "Fire and Friction" had a cheerful blaze going in record time. Fire without matches often heard of but seldom seen.
