L. M., containing con-taining an area of 474. 70 acres, according ac-cording to Government survey. Said placer mining claims, both the original and amended locations thereof, are of record in the office ef the County Recorder of l'tah County, at Provo, Utah. I direct that the foregoing nolice be published in the Springville Herald, Her-ald, a weekly newspaper published iu Springville, Utah, the newspaper published nearest said claim, for nine consecutive Issues.
