Show 'SPRINGVILLE ' COMMUNITY FAIR SATURDAY Springville will have a community commun-ity fair to be held at the Springville Spring-ville high "school Saturday, September Septem-ber 22, according to announcement of Claude Salisbury, chairman of the local committee in charge of the exhibit. It is the desire of those in charge of the fair that everyone desiring to make entries should have their products at the high school Friday afternoon. In connection with the community commun-ity fair, the Flower Garden association asso-ciation of Springville has arranged for a flower exhibit. Everyone who has any flowers, whether members of the association associa-tion or not, are asked to bring them to the high school not later than Friday morning at 9 o'clock. Flowers entered for prizes are to be placed in two-quart bottles. If they are small, six may be arranged in the bottle, if large only three. Bouquets of flowers may be entered en-tered and will be judged according to arrangement. With an abundance of splendid fruit, vegetables and other products j of farm and garden, it is the belief that if the best of these are assembled assem-bled for exhibition Springville will have one of the finest community fairs in the county. j It is the hope that those interested inter-ested in exploiting the best the community has to show the public will take time to enter their products pro-ducts in the fair Saturday. For detailed information relative to any exhibits, citizens are requested request-ed to call Mr. Salisbury at the I Springville Bank. |
