The cafeteria, under the direction of Miss Effie Warnick, served 1021 persons during dur-ing the week. The convention exceeds in magnitude magni-tude that of any other year, the number of stakes represented being greater by four than that of last year which was the largest up to that time. The report concludes as follows: "It is apparent from the interest and enthusiasm ' exhibited during the fourth annual Leadership Week that it is filling a real need, and its continuation and growth is justified. jus-tified. There was urgent demand from numerous delegates that the university lend assistance to the stakes in putting over leadership institutes olcally, in order that larger numbers may pe able to participate in them. "It is manifestly impossible for all who would like to come to be accommodated ac-commodated at the university, and the rational alternative is to carry the university out to the people. As rapidly as facilities of the school will permit, efforts should be made to satisfy this demand for local institutes." |
