Roberts and Atlee Pomerene. it wns said at their offices here tqday, i indicating that new evidence bad come into their hands. The oil counsel have noted an appeal ap-peal from the decision of Chief Justice McCoy of the District oE Columbia Co-lumbia supreme court quashini; the first criminal indielments brought against Fail and the oil men end ebiim to be hopeful that the decision ! will be over-ruled.
