A resolution endorsing the action of the tomato growers of Utah county coun-ty in holding out fpr a $12 a ton contract was passed by a unanimous vote. Reports are being circulated, it was said, that farmers in other parts of the state were signing up at the canners' price of $11 a ton while only a very few are found to have done so. The price of $12 was agreed upon by the state farm bureau bur-eau which was refused by the canners. FARM BUREAU HOLDS ANNUAL CONFERENCE Samuel E. Taylor of Payson was re-elected president of the Utah County Farm bureau at the annual meeting of the board of directors held Monday at the local offices of the bureau. Reed W. "Warnick, was re-elected president with H. W. Gore of Genola secretary and Sylvan W. Clarlc of Lehi treasurer. L. P. Harvey of Pleasant Grove was elected elect-ed as the additional director. Present at the meetings were the following: Samuel E. Taylor, Payson; Reed "Warnick, Pleasant Grove; H. W. Gore, Genola; Fred Neilson, Palmyra ; C. M. Stewart, Vineyard; J. Raymond Hnish and James F.
