PLACE TODAY Three thousand 1'tah county high school students offered their supplications sup-plications to the weather man all day Thursday and this morning, with a hope of bringing a smiling sky in order that the annual high school track and field day to lie celebrated here today might be a success. Springville high school officials sent out the good won last night that the moot would take place rain or shine., as there was no available date before the close of injiiiy of the schools on which it could be held. It was pointed out by Principal Prin-cipal Ernest Kiiudsen that with the tine cindered trnck at the campus of tile local school only torrents of rain would make it impossible to hold the meet. The activities will open with a splendid program in the Opera house at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, and at 2:30 the track and field events will begin.
