Show RALSTON TO BE BURIED IN LEBANON, IND. , Venerable Indiana Senator to Be Laid to Rest Sunday INDIANAPOLIS, IntL, Oct., 15. The body of Samuel M. Italston, junior United States senator from Indiana, will be taken back to his old home in Lebanon, Ind., for burial according to tentative funeral) fu-neral) arrangements made today by members of his family. The burial will probably be Sunday. Sun-day. Ralston died at 11 o'clock last night after, an illness of many months from heart and kidney Idis-ordera. Idis-ordera. Uremic poisoning was the direct cause of his death. Th end had been expected momentarily mo-mentarily for the last few days. The senator dropped into a state of coma at midnight Tuesday and never rallied. At the bedside when he died wore Mrs. Ralston, ihis two sons, Julian and Emniett, his daughter, Mrs. Ruth Larue, his brother, Boyd M. Ralston nnd two brothers and o sister of Mrs, Ralston. He wns OS years old, having teen born in Tuscarawas county, Ohio, in 1857. Most of his life wns spent as a lawyer in Lebanon, Ind., where his rugged honesty and sincerity won him a lending place In his profession. pro-fession. He was elected governor of 'Indiana 'In-diana in 1912. and served for four years. Retiring from the governorship governor-ship In 1917 he entered an Indianapolis Indian-apolis law firm and in 1922 was ejected United States senator. .
