I In honor of &a number of young people of the Community church who are leaving soon to enter school, Miss Ida Hoffman was hostess host-ess to a number of young friends at, her home Wednesday evening following fol-lowing the regular meeting of the Young Peoples' society at the Community Com-munity church. The affair Was given in the form of a lawn party, a profusion of autumn flower and large Japanese lantersn being employed em-ployed in the decorative scheme. A nicely arranged program of games and music was enjoyed. A delicious lunch was served by the hostess to twenty-six boys and girls including the following of out-of-town guests: Dean Roe, Delta; Jack Clark of Louisville, Ky.; Carrol Sager and Margaret Bims of American Fork; Miss Ann Carter and Bert Carter, Peter Wifs of Provn. The hono-orl guests, were Dean Roe, Esda Urqu-hart, Urqu-hart, Grace Diamond and Robert Rukovina, who will attend Westminster West-minster college. Salt Lake. An outstanding out-standing feature of the party was the musical numbers furnished by Wayne Holley and Frank Medvild both of Mapleton, who were also guests at the party. ' |
