Kauffman, whose post-office post-office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application for patent pat-ent for the Aetna No. 1, Ray No. 2, Ray No. 3 and Ray No. 5 placer mining min-ing claims, situated in an unorganized unorgan-ized minig district, Utah County, State of Utah, and more particularly particu-larly described by legal subdivision as : The N (or Lots 1, P, 3 and 4 and sy3 of the N) and the SW of Seetlon 3; the NEVi (or Lots 1 and 2 and the Sy3 of the NEH) of Section 4, Township 10 South, Range 6 East, Salt Lake Meridian, containing an area of 619.14 acres according to Government survey. Said placer mining claims are of record in the office of the County Recorder of Utah County, at Provo, Utah. I hereby direct that the foregoing notice be published in the Springville Spring-ville Herald, a weekly newspaper published nearest said claims, at Springville, Utah, for the period of nine consecutive issues.
