Bids were opened Tuesday. The Clyde bid on the resur facing job was $218,178.50. Thorn's bid was $241,690. The engineer's estimate was $259,-232. $259,-232. The project will include besides be-sides the resurfacing, putting in islands through main street. The plans call for plaining down and tapering the main vided for and the taking care of the drainage problem at Second South and Main.
