Former Utahn gets promotion LSC (Jack) Davies of Mau-mee, Mau-mee, Ohio, formerly of Springville Spring-ville has been oppointed manager man-ager of dealer development at Kaiser Jeep Corp., according to word received here from Toledo, To-ledo, Ohio. In his new position, he will supervise dealer procurement and development program conducted con-ducted by the regional and district dis-trict managers throughout the US and train personnel an this phase of their activity. For the past six years, he has been in Toledo, manager of sales training, manager of shows and exhibits and merchandising. mer-chandising. Mr. Davies lived in Springville Spring-ville for a few years and married mar-ried Cleo Hales, niece of Cleo P. Heavener, also of Henrietta Henriet-ta Harmer. A former student at Spanish Fork high school, Mr. Davies graduated from BYU and was associated for a time with radio stations in the area. He was in Springville recently recent-ly renewing acquaintances and meeting old friends and attended at-tended the 30th reunion of his high school graduating class in Spanish Fork where he was student body president. The Davies have three daughters, Dorothy Lynne at Ocerlin College; Diane Lee, spending summer in New York and Deborah Lou. |
