Show NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW SPRIXGVILLE CITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 10 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned have been duly appointed to the Board of Equalization and Review for Improvement District Number 10, and that the lists of property in said district subject to tax and the various amounts of tax against such property have been completed. The undersigned, as the Board of Equalization and Review, Re-view, will meet in the Springville City Hall, 50 South Main Street, Springville, Utah, on the following days: August 21, 1963, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon; August 22, 1963, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.; August 23, 1963, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.: On said dates said Board will hear and consider any and all objections to the levying of such tax and will make any changes or corrections in said proposed assessments as to the Board shall seem just and equitable. The tax lists and plats shall be open to public inspection at the Springville City Hall on the above days from 8:00 o'clock a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (6:00 o'clock p.m. on August 23, 1963). The property to be taxed abuts upon the following streets: SIDEWALKS IMPROVEMENTS: 300 SOUTH STREET south side between Main Street and 100 West Street. HILLCREST DRIVE north side from 900 East Street east 396 feet. HILLCREST DRIVE south side from 800 East Street east to a point 800 feet west of the west line of Canyon Avenue. 700 SOUTH STREET south side from 200 East Street east 330 feet. 300 WEST STREET east side from Center Street south 360 feet. 900 EAST STREET east side from Hillcrest Drive north 110 feet. 1100 EAST STREET both sides from 400 South Street north 410 feet. CANYON DRIVE northeast side from Spring Terrace Avenue Ave-nue southeast 1107 feet. CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENTS: 400 NORTH STREET south side between 200 West Street and 300 West Street; and between 200 East Street and 300 East Street. 200 NORTH STREET south side between Main Street and 200 West Street. CENTER STREET north side from 100 East Street west to Hobble Creek. CENTER STREET south side from 200 East Street west to Hobble Creek. 300 SOUTH STREET north side between 100 West Street and 200 West Street. 300 SOUTH STREET south side between Main Street and 300 West Street, and from 100 East Street west 280 feet. HILLCREST DRIVE north side from 900 East Street east 396 feet. HILLCREST DRIVE south side from 800 East Street to Canyon Avenue. 200 WEST STREET east side between 200 South Street and 300 South Street. 100 WEST STREET both sides between 200 North Street and 300 North Street, and between 300 South Street and 400 South Street. 100 EAST STREET west side between Center Street and 100 North Street; between 300 South Street and 500 South Street; and from 500 South Street south 295 feet more or less to the irrigation canal. 100 EAST STREET east side between Center Street and 100 North Street. 200 EAST STREET west side from Center Street south to Hobble Creek. 900 EAST STREET east side from Hillcrest Drive north 110 feet. 1100 EAST STREET both sides from 400 South Street north 410 feet.
