Show I elections held by fern bowlers The Annual Banquet of the Springville Ladies League was held at the Timpanogas Dining Din-ing room in Provo, with 36 members and 2 sponsors present. pre-sent. Mrs. Kenneth Metcalf was presented with the winning team trophy as sponsor of the Berg Mortuary team by Theda Child. Team members were each presented with a trophy. Norma Mock received high series Trophy with a 574 and Lela Averett high game trophy with a 251. Tressia Whitehead was presented with an achievement achieve-ment award from the WIBC for the most increase in average aver-age with 8 pins this year. Margaret Mar-garet Miles presented the officers offi-cers with lovely gifts for their services. Prize money was presented pre-sented to the teams by Norma Mock. The new officers for the 1960-61 season are: Raeola I Hudson, Pres.; Marion Raul-1 Raul-1 ston, vice-pres.; Ardith Ruff, j sergeant; Klell Child, sec-treas. I The Banquet Committee was I Marion Raulston, LaRene Peay I and Ardith Ruff. Retiring officers are: Noma Thorpe, pres.; Barbara Thorpe, vice-pres.; Carol Weight, sar-geant; sar-geant; Tressia Whitehead, sec-treas. sec-treas. New officers of the Springville Spring-ville women's bowling association associa-tion for the 1960-61 year were elected with Ruth Miller being named president. Other officers elected included includ-ed Theda Child, vice-president; Harriett Miner, secretary-treasurer; secretary-treasurer; Ruth Lowe, Ser-geant-at-arms. Members of the Art City ladies league and the Springville ladies league, presented pre-sented Mrs. Whitehead with a beautiful tiered planter for her services for the past five years.
