Jensen of Springville Spring-ville became the bride of Charles Gordon, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Gordon of Bairall, Wyo., in recent rites in the Community Church. The Rev. Coyne L. Gifford officiated at the ceremony witnessed wit-nessed by close friends and relatives. A wedding reception followed. White lace over satin was the bride's choice for her wedding wed-ding attire with finger-tip veil of tulle held in place by a tiera of seed-pearls. She carried car-ried a bouquet of pink and white carnations. Standing with her as maid of honor was Marilyn Paulk, while Pat Sproul and Avona Taylor were bridesmaids. They wore blue crystalene gowns and carried baskets of pink carnations with ribbon handle. Mother of the bride chose champaign lace for the wedding wed-ding and reception and Mrs. Gordon rose lace. Their corsages cor-sages were of pink rose-buds hnd gardenias. E. B. Gordon, brother of the groom stood as best man and Mic Taylor and Richard Pierce were ushers. The church was decorated with candelabra and baskets of pink carnations and white stock. Following the reception, the young couple left on a wedding wed-ding trip and are now making their home in Gallup, N. M. Mrs. Charles Gordon who with her husband was honored at wedding reception in Community church. She was the for- . mer Miss Diane Jensen of this city. |
