Recent visitors at the home of Mrs. Margaret Larson have been her son Clyde Larson and family of Richfield. Mr. and Mrs. Blake Everett are happy over the arrival of their first grandchild, a girl, born to their daughter Lorraine Lor-raine (Mrs. Scott Weatherall) of Nephi. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Full mer and family were in Spanish Span-ish Fork Friday to attend the funeral services of her mother Mrs. Rebecca Jane Sterling McKell (Jos. G.) who was. 83 years old. A pot luck supper and a fine program were enjoyed by the Senior Aarpnic Priesthood group of the Mapleton Second ward recently. Mr. and Mrs. Condie Cran-dall Cran-dall and . son John spent the weekend in Duchesne visiting with relatives. While there a family party was held at the home of a brother Merlin Broadhead 'where movies were taken and films of other parties par-ties shown. Clyde Bennett is visiting at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Bennett while on a ten day leave from his navy base in San Diego. I The Siera Bonita club held their last club meeting at the home of Mrs. Iva Snow where thirteen members enjoyed lunch and cards. Prizes went to Mrs. Beth Jensen, Mrs. La-Rie La-Rie Warren, and Mrs. Myrl Diamond. Mr. and Mrs. Armond Hall have received word of a new grandson born to Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Hall at Fountain, Colo. Melvin is stationed with the army at Fort Carson and his family are making their home near his base. |
