BIRD, Plaintiff, vs MARTHA PETTY, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, his' wife, RICHARD RICH-ARD ROE and MARY ROE, his wife; Also all creditors and heirs at law known or unknown un-known of any of the above named defendants who may be deceased;' Also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate or interest in, or lien upon the real property pro-perty described in the Complaint, Com-plaint, adverse . to the Plaintiff's Plain-tiff's title thereto. Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DE-FENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Arnold Ar-nold C. Roylance and v Elmer L. Terry, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 32 West Center Cen-ter Street, Provo, Utah, an answer to the Complaint within with-in twenty days after service of this Summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgement by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded de-manded in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said Court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed an-nexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action to quiet the title in Ithe plaintiff in and to the following described property located in Utah County, State of Utah, described describ-ed as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot numbered 2, Block 26, Plat "A", Springville Spring-ville City Survey of Building Lots; thence North 12 rods; thence East 7 rods; thence South 12 rods; thence West 7 rods to the place of beginning.
