BLUEBERRY DREAM DESSERT . 8-inch square pan 6-8 servings 35C-45 minutes 2 cups quick rolled oats, uncooked 1 cup flour 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar cup butter, melted 2 cups blueberries 1 tablespoon flour Vi cup sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice Vs teaspoon salt cup water or juice from canned blueberries. Mix rolled oats, flour, and brown sugar. Add melted butter and mix well. Line the bottom of an 8-inch square pan with the oatmeal mixture, reserving about cup for topping. Combine Com-bine blueberries, flour, sugar, lemon juice, salt and liquid in a saucepan. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into oatmeal crust. Sprinkle Sprin-kle with remaining crumbs and bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes. min-utes. Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
