Show Millionaire Russell Sage has been talking to the metropolitan press lately, telling the people what they already know too well, that the trusts and combines are a great menace to the country. No one doubts that he knows all about it; but what would interest the public more than anything else, is for the old man to give his opinion as to how to go about it to knock the everlasting daylights out of a trust. His friends, the Republican statesmen, states-men, could bust the trusts if they would, but they dare not smite the hand that feeds them. |
