The heirs of Branch Young of Provo Behch are lawing away the estaSk left by their father., Mr. Young died Feb. 17th, 190(5, leaving an estate valued at from $20, IKK) to $10,000. He made a will distributing his property as he saw fit, leaving a small amount to the elder children whom he had helped to start in life, ami beque (thing the greater part to those who had remained at home and helped to improve and cultivate the farm and carry on the business. The three oldest heirs entered ruit to have the will set aside on the grounds that their father was mentally incompetent to make a will and the instrument executed was not his will but the will of Mrs. Young, his wife. The case had a healing in the 4th district court und Jud je Booth ruled that the will was right and properly drawn, granting at the sa ne time a decree admitting it to prob'Pe. The protestants took an appeal to the supreme court of the state and were granted a new trial by jury which is now in progress in the district court in Provo und will continue for several days yet. . . s nt Tor Cjnficmcn vhn cnerieh Quality.
