Show BONDSMEN TO NAME OGDEN POSTMASTER Special :o The Tribune. OGDEN. Sept. 5. The appointment of n postmaster to rill the unexpired term of W. W. Browning will probably be made vr the four bondsmen of the late postmaster. post-master. The postmaster whom the 1 ondsmen will select, it is stated, will serve until the new postmaster qualifies. The new postmaster for Ogden will be selected t hrough the civil service, the ( xamin-l.tion for which will be announced by the civil service commission at Washington. Wash-ington. The bondsmen for W. W. Browning were his brothers, George H., J. Edward .'nd Mayor T. Samuel Frowning, with Sumner Nelson of the First National bank.
