Show CITY SCHOOLS OPEN; ATTENDANCE URGE First Day Indicates That Conditions Will Be Normal Nor-mal Very Soon. The city schools reopened yesterday with a better attendance than was anticipated, an-ticipated, according to Superintendent Krriest A. Smith.
