thousand dollars and on the bame day for the purpose of securing the payment of said note and the interest thereon the eaid john E taylor and emma S taylor his wife execute ed and delivered to boliver roberts trustee their certain trust deed apon the following described properly situated in ane county of utah and territory ot titan lo hii I 1 commencing chains south one degree 1 dei west from the north west corner of bidock two 2 of addition to provo city and running thence east 1 deg south chains thence south 2 deg west chains thence west 1 d e north 3 50 chains thence north 1 dag east chains to place of beginning the bouth five sixtus sixths 56 5 6 of lot four 4 block two 2 of addition to provo city which said trust deed wag duly recorded in the ot the county recorder of utah county utah tory on the ard 3rd day of december 1890 and said trust deed provided that in case of default in payment of said promissory note or the interest premium or installments or any part thereof then the said indebtedness should at once become due and said premises should be sold by the said trustee or hie successor in trust at public auction at the front door of the court house in provo utah county utah territory or on eaid premises or any part thereof aa should be specified in the notice of such sale thirty days previous notice of such sale having been giyen once in each week for four sue weeks in any newspaper at that 1 time published in the county of utah and the said trust deed provide ed that in case of the death or other inability of said trustee then the ary of the said national building and loan association 0 salt lake city should be and was thereby appointed and made successor in trust therein with like power and authority as was heated in the said boliver roberts trustee trust deed and default has been made for more than six months in the payment of the interest inter pst apon said note and the legal holder of said note has ejected to declare and has declared the
