Show IMPROVED SERVICE BY MAIL IS SOUGHT BINGHAM, March 14. A committee has been appointed by President Q. B. Kelly of the Bingham Commercial club to confer with the proper postal authorities authori-ties and the two railroads entering Bingham. Bing-ham. The object is to ascertain, if possible, the status of the existing contract, if any, governing the delivery of mall into this camp. The business houses of the ramp are greatly handicapped by reason of the fact that the mail closes at the local office at 3 p. m. each day. If some arrangement can be made to have the mall carried on a later train from Bingham it will give the business men additional time and will prove a great benefit. Existing conditions do not give time to handle the Incoming mall of the day and to get the replies out in an efficient business manner. This is the statement made last night by Earl Randall, cashier of the Bingham State bank, who will act on the committee commit-tee to realize this determination. |
