Show SHANNON COPPER'S SALE AT 30 CENTS According to the Boston News Bureau, the Shannon Copper company has just sold a block of approximately 500. OOu pounds of copper for last quarter of 1917 delivery at SO cents a pound. For the tirst nine months of the year the company com-pany has now sold about TO per cent of its output at near present prices, and a substantial portion of its production for tho fourth quarter is contracted for. Shannon last year sold its copper at an a erase of 27 13 cents a pound, which was fully 1 cent a pound higher than other companies so far reporting and li cents a pound higher than some of them. This higher price secured means fully $00,000 on the Shannon output. |
