On this 14th day of February. A. D. 1017, on reading he foregoing petition, it is ordered by the court that a hearing hear-ing be had upon the same on the 23rd day of March, A. D. 1917, before said court at Salt Lake City, in said district, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon ; and that 7iotice thereof be published in The Salt I-ake Tribune, a newspaper printed in said district, and that all known creditors and other persons in interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted.
