All oft'k-es other than that of sheriff were almost lost sight of ton ight tn the selection of delegates to the Republican county convention next Saturday, nearly every delegation being' instructed for some one of Ihe half dozen candidates seeking- the nomination. I.irgc attendance and keen rivalry marked almost al-most all of the primaries held in the seventeen districts of Osdun City, and a large attendance was also reported from some of thy country districts. A complete list of las delegates in the city was selected by primary hit Ho ting, but primaries were riot beld in all of the country districts. In addition to selecting delegates to the Saturday convention the voters wore called upon to select a new committeeman in each district to serve on the ilepuhtkan central committee.
