OCR Text	Show ASKS ANNULMENT OF HIS MARRIAGE Special to The Trlhune. OGDEN. Feb. 2S. In a complaint filed In the district court today. Perry Spldei has requested annulment of tils marriage to Flossie F. Spidel on the grounds that the wife was not divorced from another husband at the time the marriage took place. According to the domplalnt, the plaintiff and defendant were married in this cltv June 29 of last year. At that time, it is alleged. Mrs. Spidel had applied for a divorce from a former husband, but had not been a resident of the state one year, the time prescribed by the law before application for a divorce di-vorce mav be considered. The later marriage mar-riage was. therefore, void, according to his complaint, and he now requests legal annulment of the contract.
