Show PRINCIPAL WITNESS IN CASE IS MISSING Upon tlip PXplnnrition of the pro.sec-u-tinn thnt the principal witness in the e:isp, a minor yirl. had evidently been talun from tho state, Justice of the Peace Brii;hnm Clejzs; yesterday postponed post-poned the hearing of Lawrence' Potter and Dora Nash, charged with a statutory statu-tory offense, until August 12. It was explained that the girl had been paroled pa-roled hv the juvenile court into the custody cus-tody of her parents, and that she had been taken to Hrigham City. When an attempt was made to serve a subpoena on her, however, to appear as a witness, wit-ness, it was learned that she had been taken away, presumably outside the state. During the next week the prosecution will endeavor to find the missing girl. |
