Show The Semi- Weekly Enquirer. Provo City, Saturday, Sept. 10. 1881 Deceased We regret to learn of the death of Mr. John D. Taylor, son of President John Taylor, which occurred at the Metropoli-tan Hotel, New York, on Tuesday last. The young man has been in New York for several weeks, having gone there for the purpose of purchasing carpets and furnishings, on behalf of Z. C. M. I., for the Gnardo House, which is being tted up for occupancy. The following disputed gives the patients of the affair. New York, September 6th President John Taylor; Your son was unwed when he arrived, August 18th, but attended incessabily to business for ten days; then went to the ssphere to recuperate. He returned here last Friday. We urged him to get medi-cal advice, under which he seemed to im-prove until last night, when his nervous system completely gave away. We called in Dr. Ayers and Flint, who, with the physicians attending him, did all in their power to save him, but he commenced to sink from 3 o'clock till 7: 00, when he quietly passed away.
