Whetton, the younjj man who died from a knife thrust alleged to luive been inflicted in-flicted by bis wife. Mrs. Hcmiige Whet-ton Whet-ton of Chester avenue, mother of the victim, has declareo her son did not exonerate his wife prior to his death in St. Mark's hospital, Salt i.uke. Last Wednesday. The only words spoken by Whet ton to his wife from the time of the injury until his death, according to the mother, were "Well, honey." .Mrs. Whetton. the mother, declares that with the exception of a few minutes she was with her son from within three hours after lie was injured until a tew minutes before he died.
