Show BOYS Fi PART OF BODY IlliillS Believed to Be That of Mar-cellus Mar-cellus Anderson, Who Disappeared Dis-appeared in December. Special to The Tribune. PROYO. June 1. Karl Farnsworth. Walter Harrison and Parley Anderson and another .young man discovered a part of : the body of a dead man below Maple; Flat and a little north of Slate canyon yesterday, while they were spending the day In the mountains above Prove. On their return they notified Sheriff Henry East, who will bring the body down. The hoys did not make a verv clo?e examination, as the body is verv badly decomposed and the flesh is mostly gone. The head, one arm and one leg are missing. miss-ing. A ramrod was found near the remains re-mains and also two glass tubes or vials which the boys think may 'have contained poison. A coat, which may contain some paper or other article of identification, was not disturbed by the bovs. It is believed that tiie body is that of Marcellus Anderson, an epileptic who was a patient at the mental hospital. Anderson Ander-son left here la st December to visit his parents at Sunnyside, but did not reach his destination and 'has not been hea rd from since. One evidence of this identity, although by no - means conclusive, is in the fact that on the coat is the mark, "Ward A,'' one used in the hospital. |
