The property shall be offered as nn entirety; but If. at tho beginning of thc sale, any bidder or bidders request offerings of the property ln parcels, such offerings shall first be made and the properly prop-erly shall thereafter be offered as an ontlroty. and If the total of tho bids received re-ceived for the Heveral parcels shall exceed ex-ceed the bid received for the property as an entirety, the property shall thereupon be sold to thoso bidding for the several parcels. 2.
