Ettor, Arturo Glovannlttl and Josepii Caruso spent many hours In conference con-ference at the snporlor courthouse toda . with the result that arguments on motions mo-tions for the release on ball of tho trio, which Judge Qulnn agreed to hear this morning, had not been reached when court adjourned. Judge Qulnn was a party to one of the conferences at which the question was considered, but it did not come up In open court. The defendants, who ai-e charged with the responsibility for the alleged murder of Anna Loplzzo during the Lawrence textile strlko last winter, wero not brought Into court. It was stated tonight to-night that the attorneys would conrer with Judge Qulnn again tomorrow and It was thought probable the expected motions mo-tions would bo ready for presentation at that time. |
